Advertising in our local directories gets results!
Our local directories have 3 types of pages where you can advertise:
- Informational pages: Web pages that contain local information such as weather, tourist attractions and in depth local information or news.
- Directory pages: Similar to a phone book page these pages are broken down by category such as real estate and then by geographic area. In some cases there are so many listings in a small geographic area the pages are then broken down alphabetically.
- Menu pages: Some directories have so many listings they require a menu page where a visitor is one click away from any listing within the category. Menu pages receive a high volume of traffic as visitors to these categories must all go through these menus pages which are a prime places to advertise your goods or services.
We have plenty of advertising opportunities to fit any company's budget and needs. We also have the knowledge and flexibility to meet any of our customers' special needs in advertising as long as it does not the compromise the integrity of our sites.
Basic Listings on Directory pages: (Now Only $99 a year) These ads form the backbone of advertising on our directory sites and are extremely effective for our advertisers.
A basic listing can total 95 characters and includes:
- Company Name
- Street address or mailing address
- Local phone number
Basic listings are limited to no more than 200 on any page in our site and are sold first come first served. All Basic Listings appear in alphabetical order by company name.
- Basic Listings Options:Customers can choose to add a link to their web site or have additional basic listings in additional geographic locations or business categories
Enhanced Listings on Directory pages: (Now Only $299 a year) An even more effective form of advertising that not only better catches the eye of a surfer, it can dramatically increase search engine visibility so your business will be found more easily on Google, Microsoft's Live Search, Yahoo! And dozens of other search engines.
Enhanced listings includes:
- Company Name
- Street address or mailing address
- Local phone number
- Additional 190 characters allowing a detailed description of and advertisers goods or services, business hours and any other pertinent information including an 800 number, email address or fax number
- Web site link and or Email Link
To make and enhanced listing stand out, the entire listing is placed inside a box which is highlighted in yellow and the text is made bold so that the ad gets noticed.
- Gold Enhanced Listings: (Now Only $499 a year) Add your static logo* directly above or beneath your name and address line. Logo image can not be taller than 40 pixels or wider than 150 pixels and your enhanced description is reduced 50 characters.
- Platinum Enhanced Listings: (Now Only $599 a year) Add your static logo* directly above or beneath your name and address line and adds another 180 characters of description text to your enhanced listing. Logo image can not be taller than 40 pixels or wider than 150 pixels and your enhanced description is expanded to a total of 230 characters.
- Other Enhanced Listings Options: Customers can also choose to add an additional 190 characters of description or have additional Enhanced Directory Listings in additional geographic locations or business categories.
Enhanced listings are limited to no more than 20 on any page in our site and are sold first come first served. All Enhanced Listings appear in alphabetical order by company name.
Menu Page Featured Listing: (Now Only $599 a year) The listings only appear on Menu pages and appear underneath the menu table. Menu Page Featured Listing have the same features as an Enhanced Listings on Directory pages except they are limited to only 15 on a page and appear in the order in which they are purchased.
- Gold Menu Page Featured Listing: (Now Only $699 a year) Add your static logo* directly above or beneath your name and address line. Logo image can not be taller than 40 pixels or wider than 150 pixels and your Menu Page Featured Listing is reduced 50 characters.
- Platinum Menu Page Featured Listing: (Now Only $799 a year) Add your static logo* directly above or beneath your name and address line and adds another 180 characters of description text to your Menu Page Featured Listing. Logo image can not be taller than 40 pixels or wider than 150 pixels and your enhanced description is expanded to a total of 230 characters.
- Other Menu Page Featured Listing Options: Customers can also choose to add an additional 190 characters of description or have additional Menu Page Featured Listings in additional business categories.
Business Spotlight: (Now Only $999 a year) This is a one page mini web site contained within the frame of our local directories. Whether you have a web site already or not, this is extremely effective way to bring targeted customers to your business or organization.
A Business Spotlight includes:
- 1,000 words of description*
- 4 photographs or drawings (300 pixels wide by 199 pixels high)*
- Company or organization Logo
- Multiple links to your Web site and or Email
- If you host your spotlight pictures, you can change them as often as you want. This is a great way to feature a new product, have a seasonal special or make coupons.
Banners: (Call) Every Page on our directory sites have three full size banner positions that measure 540 pixels wide by 140 pixels high. Banners can be linked to your web site or your Business Spotlight. Banner artwork is to be supplied by the customer in a web ready format. Custom design or artwork can be quoted.
These banners are priced by what pricing tier an individual page falls under based upon its value and popularity, by the banners size: full, half and third and by the banners position on the page. See banner samples sizes here
If you host your banner, you can change it as often as you want. This is a great way to feature a new product, have a seasonal special or make coupons.
Image Ads: (Call) Subtle advertising is the word here. Image ads are 300 pixels wide by 199 pixels high and no more than 2 can occur on a page. The image ad would be a picture of your business establishment (on a relevant page), customers eating in your restaurant with your name legible on the menu, a service or delivery truck with your company name or logo visible.
Site Wide Sponsorship: (Call) For the ultimate in site visibility this option places a banner in the navigation bar that will appear on every page through out the entire site. This 190 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall banner* can be animated to further its impact and get a more complex message across everyone who visits the site.
Site Wide Sponsorships can be purchased by the year or by the quarter and as the directory grows and more pages get added your site wide sponsorship automatically is added to all of the new pages without any additional costs.
